This year Midge said that she wanted to throw a Halloween Party. I do a birthday party per kid per year. Throwing extra parties is simply too much work. Yet Midge was insistent she wanted to do all of the work. To be honest I kind of thought she would forget about it. To my surprise she did it all. Each weekend for several weeks in advance she made decorations and planned out the activities.
She had the guests do a scavenger hunt.
She also had the students do a matching game and she gave out prizes.
Leo and Midge did the decorations and worked really hard.
They filled the driveway with Halloween messages.
For a treat she had the kids make Oreo spider cookies.
After the party was over she told us the whole thing was a lot of work, but we were so impressed with what a great job she did.
Wow it looks like Midge could go into business as an event planner. That was amazing that she came up with all those spectacular ideas herself. Wish we could have come to her awesome Halloween party.
